MY STORY

Welcome!  I'm Catherine and I am so glad you have arrived! For many years now, I’ve been a “seeker” and a “finder” of knowledge, truth, love, abundance, healing and wholeness. I’ve lived my life devoted to and immersed in it. It has led me to many great teachers and most of all profound personal transformation. That is why I am so passionate about sharing all things good that can assist any fellow traveller along the way!

My background is diverse, from computing, to personal development, to massage therapist, yoga and meditation facilitator and wellness advocate for pure essential oils. I am glad to say after many years of searching I have finally found a way to bring all my skills together and now work in complementary health where I get to share and educate people about the Health and Wellbeing and the power of Pure Essential Oils.

I have also had the privilege of meeting and working with many leading teachers in spirituality and have served as events coordinator for renowned world teacher Chloe Goodchild and The Naked Voice in Ireland since 2004.  I am an avid student of Dr Joe Dispenza and Dr Sue Morter and use their incredibly powerful tools to help me embody and become the best version of me.

In 2012 I had the good fortune of being introduced to doTERRA’s Pure Essential Oils. Having experienced a digestive problem for a number of years, I was blown away by the power and potency of these oils and immediately incorporated them into my daily life. At the time I had no awareness that pure essential oils are the most powerful natural medicine in the world, and had thought they where only used to make a room smell good!

My Passion

My passion is to empower and educate all those ready to embrace natural solutions to create a healthy and conscious lifestyle including: natural medicine, proper nutrition, emotional, physical and spiritual health.

My aim is to serve all those I work with to become the best version of themselves that they can be.

If you hear a voice within you say, ‘You cannot paint,’ then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced.
